Our Policies




The majority of our orders are sent via Australia Post, however for large or bulky orders we may elect to use couriers such as Toll Ipec, Allied, Fastway or Couriers Please etc. Most orders will usually take between 2-5 business days to reach their destination depending upon the performance of Australia Post. Postage costs are fully inclusive of packaging, handling fees and GST. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.


Shipping Fees

For shipping the postage price will be calculated based on the weight of the total order.

Shipping on whole products over $2800.00 is FREE and will be delivered by one of our staff members (in the Sydney metro area). NOTE for these orders outside the Sydney metro area please contact us to make alternative arrangements. Whole products under $2800.00 will have a flat rate delivery charge of $30.00. All whole products come pre-assembled and pre-delivered.


Store Pick-Up

If selected please note your order will be ready for pick up from Paulls Mowers at 293 Windsor St, Richmond NSW 2753, during normal business hours. Your order will be ready to collect once you receive an order confirmation message/email.



Deliveries are sent Monday – Friday during business hours. Purchases made on the weekend or public holidays will generally be processed on the next available working day. Be advised that additional time for your orders to be processed may be required during periods of high demand or holiday periods.

Mower Express recommends that customers provide a secure delivery address (for example your place of employment) as we take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.


International Orders

We reserve all rights to quote additional fees or refund any orders that may be too expensive to ship to certain countries. Be advised that manufactures may prohibit retailers selling items internationally. If this is the case we will offer a refund on the entire order or advise the extra charges that may apply.


Dangerous goods

The shipping of those products that contain dangerous goods such as aerosol cans, batteries, oils etc. is subject to postage restrictions. We reserve the right to charge additional fees or refund any orders that have dangerous goods attached. We will offer a refund on the entire order or advise the extra charges that may apply.



The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services.
For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill.
These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.

Under the Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.

Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and
quality of the product or any representations made.

Many manufacturers have dedicated support centres designed specifically to deal with issues in relation to their products and may even provide in home
support and advanced trouble shooting. In many circumstances the manufacturer may therefore be able to provide a quicker assessment of, and remedy for,
any issue with your product, even if the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. You may therefore prefer to contact the manufacturer rather than us,
although you are not obliged to do this and, if at any time you are not satisfied with the manufacturer’s remedy in relation to your legal rights,
you can contact us for assistance.

Unless otherwise specified is normally your first point of contact for warranty related issues.




No returns will be accepted without prior approval!


You have 14 days in which you can return the item for a refund less the postage and handling. The purchaser is responsible for all the return postage and delivery costs. If the purchased item was “a special” order you will incur a 20% restocking fee when receiving the refund.


Any items returned must be in AS NEW (Not used) original condition and packaging, kits must be returned with ALL parts included. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is correct before use, cutting, altering or final fitment. We reserve all rights to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item has been fitted or is not in original condition including packaging. We will exchange item(s) through faulty manufacturing, upon inspection of goods when they are returned to us. When a manufacturing fault has been identified we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.


When returning items please ensure you post or deliver them to Mower Express at 293 Windsor St, Richmond NSW 2753 and include a copy of the invoice.


Items returned without an invoice to the sale cannot be processed. Once the item is received and assessed, we will send an email notifying the customer that we have received the item(s). We will also notify you of approval or rejection of the refund (no shipping cost or return shipping costs will be reimbursed). Refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied only to the original method of payment.


When returning items over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or postage insurance.
